Leaptor direct drive rolling shutter motor being simple in construction, overall noise emission of the system is lower. Direct drive openers with limit switches which can be processed by the control. Performance spectrum ranges from 550 Nm to 1400 Nm depending on the shaft diameter and curtain weight. It includes low capacity to high capacity application areas. This high capacity direct drives are widely used in Medical, aerospace, defence and industrial sectors. The built-in limit switches can be adjusted easily and the control board avoids loss of time for setup.
Leaptor direct drive rolling shutter motors are small and consist of frameless design. Housing is made up of aluminum pressure die casting. Integrated brake and mechanical limit switch ensures safety of shutter. Its control board has automatic and dead man control. The drives in chain wheel are mounted firmly and well aligned with the big sprocket of the rolling shaft. Optional Safety catch fitted on the counter side of motor side of rolling shaft ensure safety whereas manual operation is carried out by crank emergency.
