SLG-1200, SLG-1500, SLG-2000 Motors consist of compact unit with noiseless operations. It has permanently greased lubricated gears for longer functional life of motor. Motor base is sturdy of die cast aluminum which has immense physical strength. It has high strength metallic gears with anti-corrosive nylon coating which makes gears run very smooth & absolutely null wear & tear. Motors pinion is of M4 module. Motors are equipped with 140 °C thermal protection function to stop the motor until it refreshes to avoid problem to the winding. Motors ensures precise stopping of motors because of mechanical limit switch.
Control Board Features(230 V):
Control board has provision for obstacle detection by sensing with digital control board. Acceleration & deceleration cab be adjusted at the start & end of each opening. Control board has very easy & quick setup and we can see immediate error report on signaling LED’s. It has the different keys of remote control for different functions on board.
