LEAPTOR, SWG4-Model Series are the linear swing gate motors particularly intended for residential applications & with this motor leaves upto 4 m can be automated easily. LEAPTOR, SWG4-Model Series motor ensures unique and sleek motor design with self-locking actuator .These motors are made up of sturdy materials and motor housing made up of die cast aluminum, tube and brackets of steel, worm drive of metals, internal gears made of metal or bronze. It consists of over sized deep seated inside rings and pressed fit with sealed bearings. Shaft and endless screw are made up of premium quality high tensile steel for strength and longevity and specially treated for external use and rust prevention. Bearing house fitted with hard metal crown to eliminate bearing & shaft stress. Motor has optional battery backup unit. It ensures maintenance free operation.
Control Board Features (For 230 V):
Control board has provision for obstacle detection by sensing obstacles in the way. It consists of soft start and soft stop function for smooth, noiseless & accurate operation and also to avoid accidents. Control board has very easy & quick setup and we can see immediate error report on signaling LED’s. Control boards has open only and close only function.
